When a teammate mentions you with @, it lands in Mentions in the sidebar. A badge shows how many you haven’t read yet. You never have to hunt through contacts, tables and conversations to find who asked you something.

Where you can mention someone

Type @ and pick a teammate in:
  • Contacts: a comment on a contact.
  • Tables: a comment on a record.
  • Private notes: a note in an Inbox conversation.
The person you mention gets it in their Mentions list and, if they choose, by email or push.

Use the Mentions page

1

Open Mentions

Click Mentions in the sidebar. Unread shows what you haven’t read, All shows everything.
2

Narrow the list

Search by name or text, or filter by From (who mentioned you) and Where (Contacts, Tables or Private notes).
3

Open a mention

Click a mention to see it next to the list, with the comment or note in context. Click Open in full page to go to the contact, record or conversation.
4

Keep it tidy

Use Mark as read, Mark as unread or Mark all as read. Delete mention removes it from your list for good. The comment stays where it was written.

Notifications

To choose how you hear about mentions, open your notification settings and find Mentions under Team: “A teammate mentions you in a comment or a note”. You can turn email and push on or off.
